All Nespresso coffee machines come with a 2-year warranty, regardless of where they were purchased: whether in a Nespresso boutique, online store nespresso.lt/lv/ee, or partner retailer.
Machines from most countries (except the United Kingdom and the United States due to technical differences) are serviced through our customer care centres for warranty repairs.
To benefit from the warranty, your machine must be registered on the Nespresso website under “My Coffee Machines”, providing accurate details such as model, colour, serial number, and purchase date.
Warranty conditions:
Repairs covered under warranty are free of charge.
Using third-party capsules does not void the warranty.
However, faults caused by third-party capsules may not be covered.
