Warranty and repairs

All Nespresso coffee machines come with a 2-year warranty, regardless of where they were purchased: whether in a Nespresso boutique, online store nespresso.lt/lv/ee, or partner retailer.

Machines from most countries (except the United Kingdom and the United States due to technical differences) are serviced through our customer care centres for warranty repairs.

To benefit from the warranty, your machine must be registered on the Nespresso website under “My Coffee Machines”, providing accurate details such as model, colour, serial number, and purchase date.

Warranty conditions:

Repairs covered under warranty are free of charge.

Using third-party capsules does not void the warranty.

However, faults caused by third-party capsules may not be covered.

How do I order a replacement part for my Nespresso machine?

Spare parts are available for all Nespresso machines currently in our range.

Where can I find my Nespresso machine’s serial number?

Your machine’s serial number consists of 19 letters and digits and can be found:

On the drip tray (printed on a removable sticker)

On the base of the machine (removable sticker)

On the original packaging box

How do I get the user manual for my Nespresso machine?

The user manual is included in your machine’s packaging. If you no longer have it, you can easily download it online:

Visit the Nespresso online store

Locate your machine (select the exact model)

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Find the section “[Machine Name]_MANUAL”

Click the link to download the PDF

If your machine is no longer listed, please contact customer service for assistance.

Descaling your machine

To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended to descale your Nespresso machine every 6 months or after 400-600 capsules. This ensures ideal coffee temperature, taste, and extends machine lifespan.

How to descale:

The descaling process varies by model. Please refer to your user manual for detailed instructions.

Troubleshooting

If your Nespresso machine is not functioning as expected, first ensure it has been regularly descaled according to recommendations.

If the machine is well maintained but the issue persists, we recommend performing a factory reset. Instructions can be found in the user manual.
